**Prob**\ abi\ **l**\ istic **E**\ nsemble verification for **M**\ iKlip
using **S**\ pecsVerification (ProblEMS).

Plugin to calculate and plot verification scores of two ensemble
forecasts primarily based on the SPECS project. If one leaves the
Reference experiment empty, the Forecast is compared to the
climatology instead.

Available scores are:

-  RPS/FairRPS, RPSS/FairRPSS

-  BS/FairBS, BSS/FairBSS

-  EnsCRPS/FairEnsCRPS, EnsCRPSS/FairEnsCRPSS, EnsCRPS Decopmposition
   into REL, RES and UNC

-  GaussCRPS, GaussCRPSS and GaussCRPS Decomposition into REL, RES and
   UNC

-  GevCRPS, GevCRPSS

-  MSE,MSESS

-  Pearson and Spearman correlation
